Procrastination is when you avoid doing thing, you know that to do list you create, that you do the easy stuff first... hoping the rest will magically ✔️
I know first hand that feeling.
One of my main triggers for my anxiety is being overwhelmed & lack of time management.
When I first went to CBT she spoke to me about being overwhelmed.
So much to do... so little time?
And adviced me to do lists.
BUT priorities the things on their...
Either with the stuff that needs doing at a closer dead line.
Or in business, those money making tasks.
Don’t spend your time on the little things that you can do anytime.
But remember don’t become overwhelmed... too much on your list will sometimes make you procrastinate.
Why not try just 2 things to get done at one time.
